Rules of Use
Use of all Vauve Life Offers (“Offers”) and digital memberships/passes (“Products”) by members with a valid account on the Vauve Life app/website (the “App”) is governed by these Rules of Use (“Rules”) and any terms shown on each Offer. Please read these Rules before redeeming any Offer or using any Product.
These Rules are drafted in English; translations are for convenience only and the English version prevails where inconsistent.
Quick Guide
When: Offers are usable 7 days a week, unless the Offer lists blackout/exclusion days (incl. state dry days for alcohol).
How many: 1 Offer per 2 paying guests; max 4 Offers per table/booking for groups of 8+ (category rules may vary).
Show first: Present your Offer before asking for the bill or paying.
Scope: Valid only for the item/service and outlet/location named on the Offer.
No clubbing: Not valid with other discounts, promotions, set/special menus, or loyalty/employee programs—unless the Offer expressly allows.
Category notes: Beauty/Wellness and Retail/Services follow their own usage rules; “% off” Offers are typically solo.
Taxes/charges: GST, service charges and statutory levies are additional and payable to the merchant.
How to book: Open the merchant page → Book a Table → choose date, time, party size → submit. Times are supplied by the merchant. A booking is confirmed only when the merchant confirms in-app/SMS/email.
Hold window: Venues typically hold a confirmed table for +15 minutes beyond the booking time; after that, the table may be released.
Change/cancel: Contact the venue directly (phone on the merchant page) for amendments or cancellation. Venue no-show/late policies may apply.
Offer usage: A reservation does not guarantee Offer eligibility on blackout days, special/festive menus, or if category conditions aren’t met. Present your Offer before billing; standard Rules apply.
Availability & closures: Slots and confirmations are merchant-controlled. Venues may close or change hours; Vauve Life isn’t liable for unavailability.
Data sharing: Your booking details (name, phone, email, party size, time) are shared with the venue/booking provider to process the reservation per our Privacy Policy (DPDP-compliant).
General
Personal use only: Products, Offers and content are for your personal, non-commercial use. No resale/transfer: You may not barter, sell, trade, auction, publish, screenshot, or transfer for value any Product, Offer or content without written consent from Vauve Life. Any such use voids the Offer. No advertising use: Using our Products/Offers or brand assets for ads, promotions, endorsements or lead-gen needs prior written permission. Merchant independence: Merchants may refuse/close or change hours; we’ll use reasonable efforts to assist, but we’re not liable for a merchant’s decision or closure. Force majeure: We’re not responsible where events beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, govt orders, outages, strikes, extreme weather, epidemics) prevent usage. Protect the platform: No scraping, spoofing, tampering, reverse engineering or circumvention of our security or geofence/OTP checks. Changes: We may update these Rules; the latest version on the App/website applies. Continued use means you agree to the updates. Law: Use must comply with Indian law, including consumer, data and excise rules.Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content in Vauve Life Products and the App/website—including text, copy, images, photos, video, graphics, icons, code, databases/compilations, layouts and designs, the “look & feel”, and all Offer content— is protected by law. Vauve Life Private Limited owns these rights or uses them under licence.
Trademarks: VAUVE LIFE, the VAUVE LIFE logo and other brand assets are trademarks/service marks of Vauve Life Private Limited. All other names and logos are the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted by implication.
Your licence: We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the App and view Offers per these Rules.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, scrape/data-mine, frame/mirror, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content, nor remove copyright or trademark notices, without prior written permission.
Third-party materials: Merchant images, menus and marks appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.
